RB2236 Sunglasses – Nude/Brown

The RB2236 is long and low: a slim rectangle with oval lens openings, a flat brow that runs past the lenses to square-cut ends, and solid, broad temples. Two silver pin rivets sit one above the other at each front corner, and the Ray-Ban signature sits on each arm. This is the Nude colourway, an opaque soft beige carried from the front through to the temple tips. The lenses are a solid light brown with no mirror or gradient, a lighter tint that keeps the whole look warm. The frame is propionate and stamped RB 2236 6900/4Q 54 20 145 2N on the inside of the arm, so the fit figures below come off the frame itself. The 2N marks a category 2 tint, one step lighter than a standard dark sun lens, and not polarised.
