Radar EV Heater Sunglasses – Matte Black/Prizm Black Polarized

The Radar EV Heater belongs to Oakley’s Radar EV family, where EV stands for extended view: the lens runs taller than the original Radar’s, so there is more lens and less frame at the top of your vision when your head is down. It is a one-piece shield held in a half rim, with the lower edge left open and a notch cut into the lens at each end where it meets the frame. This is Matte Black with a polarised Prizm Black lens. Frame, temples and nose pad are all flat black, with a silver Oakley icon at each hinge and open vents through the temples just behind it. The lens is a dark grey tint for bright sun, with polarisation cutting reflected glare off water, wet roads and windscreens while Prizm tunes the contrast. The frame is O Matter, Oakley’s own lightweight frame material, and “Prizm P” on the lower corner of the lens marks it as the polarised version.
